This elegant 84 m² interior explores a quietly contemporary aesthetic with a southern French sensibility. Designed for a couple in Nice, it combines clean architectural lines with the warmth of natural materials.

The concept centres on light, openness and a sense of timelessness: muted tones, warm brown oak veneer, Calacatta Vagli marble and matte paint finishes. A light palette, arched niches, French shutters and C990 Infinity ceiling cornices bring a refined sense of comfort.

The kitchen is a focal point, with a generous marble worktop and discreet storage. Every aspect of the space is considered, from the lighting scheme to the chevron parquet pattern.

The project includes a comprehensive set of working drawings: measured surveys, demolition plans, socket and lighting layouts, underfloor heating and cornice details.

Details such as niche heights, wall-light positions, sockets, material finishes, tile layouts and lighting direction are carefully documented and coordinated to support implementation.
